The navigation system has become an essential part of marine, air, rail, and land transport system in today’s modern life for mobility. Researchers and practicing professionals in the field of navigation technology or global positioning technology will find the “Wireless Positioning Principles and Practice by Ian Sharp and Kegen Yu” helpful in understanding the science and engineering related to localization and positioning of objects.
Navigation systems have been in place for a very long time in air systems, sea systems (surface and sub-surface), etc. Wireless positioning has been playing a very important role in these aforementioned sectors and now is going to play a huge part in AV’s technology which will help massively in simplifying the navigation of its environment.
