There have been more and more electric vehicles plying the road and this has been very transformational. As a business model, Tesla has been ahead of the others, and I do hope to get a better perspective by reading the book Electric Vehicle Business Models reviewed by Prof Haluk Eren.
Electric vehicles (EV) is a new technology in the automotive industry. The development of EV and bringing them into the market will be faced with a lot of challenges there is no suitable business model for the EV. Business models for EV are dynamic as it can change over time depending on the situation. Hence, I think specific and flexible business models are essential for the automobile industry that produce EV.
Boom!!! The book in this section written by David Beaton and Gereon Meyer comes with almost everything one needs to know about electric vehicles. As the sector of transportation is evolving so as the auto industry is trying to keep up to date, trying to solve challenges of the general public and coming up with world braking solutions to the problems, starting from climate change caused by CO2, people with disability/physically challenged, ageing group and so many more. This book gives global insight that provides comments from differents experts of the multidisciplinary field, citizens analysis, administrators, and researchers through quality articles on the electric vehicle business model. It breaks the whole ecosystem from technologies, business models, products, and services in an understandable and clear way. Thank you once more, I am happy to come across this book review!!!
