Her research interest is in areas of Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics. She mainly focuses on Bayesian methods for Artificial Perception in robotics and consumer applications. She has developed new efficient algorithms for autonomous vehicles, mobile manipulation, and tactile object localization.
Dr. Petrovskaya is an entrepreneur as well. She is the co-founder of “Eonite Perception”.
